1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data we process

• Online orders: name, email address, phone number, your order, pickup time, and payment status.

• Reservations: name, phone number, email address, date, time, number of people, and any comments.

• Allergies or dietary requirements: only if you share them yourself, and only to prepare your order or reservation correctly.

• Contact and catering requests: the details and the message you send us.

• Loyal to Bodhi: name, email address, date of birth (for birthday points), and your point balance.

• Newsletter: your email address, only if you give permission for this.

• Technical data: IP address, browser, and browsing behavior on our website, via cookies.

Your card or bank details are processed directly by the payment service provider; BODHI does not see or store them.

 

3. Why and on what legal basis

• To fulfill your order, reservation, or request (performance of a contract).

• To comply with our accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).

• To prevent fraud, secure our website, and handle complaints (legitimate interest).

• For the newsletter, the Loyal to Bodhi program, and non-essential cookies (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

We never sell your data to third parties.

 

4. Who we share data with

Only with parties that help us provide our services, and only to the extent necessary:

• Wix.com (website hosting, ordering and reservation system, emails);

• the payment service provider that processes your online payment;

• our accounting firm, for statutory accounting.

Agreements have been made with these parties to protect your data. If you order via Deliveroo, Uber Eats, or Takeaway.com, that platform is responsible for your data.

 

5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Some service providers, such as Wix, may process data outside the EEA. This only happens with appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

 

6. How long we keep data

• Orders and invoices: 10 years, as required by accounting legislation.

• Reservations and contact messages: maximum 2 years.

• Loyal to Bodhi: until you unsubscribe or after 12 months of inactivity.

• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

 

7. Cookies

Necessary cookies ensure that the website, shopping cart, and payment work. We only place analytical and marketing cookies with your consent via the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time.

 

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or erase your data, restrict processing, object, transfer your data, and withdraw your consent. To do this, send an email to info@bodhiplantbased.be. We will respond within one month.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.

Our services are not aimed at children under 13 years of age.
